How to deal with the phenomenon of oil leakage in the supercharger of a biogas generator set?
1. Oil leakage at the compressor end of the supercharger caused by the accumulation of oil and gas at the outlet of the pressure shell: check the supercharger and confirm that the supercharger is qualified. Generally, it can be analyzed from the use of the supercharger. If the air filter is blocked and the negative pressure is more than 5.5 kPa due to the heavy dust in the use environment, the oil leakage at the compressor end of the supercharger will be caused; When the car is going down the mountain slope, the biogas generator unit will drive at a low speed for more than 15 minutes without the fuel filler door, and the gas seal cannot be established on the back of the medium-pressure impeller of the supercharger to form a vacuum, which will also cause oil leakage at the compressor end of the supercharger. As long as the air filter is maintained regularly, the idling time of biogas generator set should not be too long, and this false oil leakage can be eliminated.
2. Too high oil pressure will cause oil leakage of supercharger: too high oil inlet pressure of supercharger of biogas generator unit is also one of the reasons for oil leakage of supercharger. When we check and confirm that the supercharger is qualified, and find that the oil pressure of the biogas generator unit is far higher than the specification, we should check whether the lubrication system of the biogas generator unit and the pressure regulating valve are stuck or malfunctioning. If the oil pressure of the biogas generator unit is normal, the oil leakage of the supercharger can be eliminated.
3. Poor oil return will cause oil leakage of the supercharger: the oil return of the supercharger of the biogas generator unit is returned from the supercharger oil return pipe to the biogas generator unit by the weight of the oil. If the oil return pipe is shrunk and blocked, the oil return of the supercharger is not smooth, and the supercharger will leak oil at both ends. It should be eliminated that the oil return is not smooth, and the fault will be eliminated if the supercharger is intact.
4. Frequent stop and start of biogas generator unit during construction: Frequent stop and start of biogas generator unit during construction will cause coking at the turbine end of turbocharger intermediate casing; At the same time, coking is caused in the oil return cavity of the intermediate shell, which causes the oil return cavity of the supercharger to shrink and the oil return is not smooth, resulting in oil leakage. Check whether all vulnerable parts are in good condition and remove coking.
5. The serious gas channeling of biogas generator unit will cause the oil return of the supercharger to be blocked and the supercharger to leak oil: some superchargers find oil leakage or even oil leakage at both ends. After inspection, the supercharger is qualified, and the oil inlet and return are also normal. After disassembly and inspection, it is found that there is thick oil dirt and some hardening in the middle section of the supercharger's main shaft. After cleaning, it is found that the middle section of the main shaft turns pale yellow and there is oil dirt in the supercharger's oil return pipe, From the above phenomena, it can be judged that the blow-by of biogas generator unit causes poor oil return of supercharger. Replace the four matching biogas generator sets to remove the blow-by gas from the biogas generator set, clean the supercharger and oil return pipe, and eliminate the fault.
