机房一般采用敞开式或半敞开式，应采用不发生火花的地面，地面应平整并易于清扫。

The computer room generally adopts an open or semi open type, and should use a non sparking ground. The ground should be flat and easy to clean.

如采用封闭式机房，应按《建筑设计防火规范》（TJ16-74）中防爆要求设计，必须是单层建筑，门窗一律外开，设置大流量排风装置，防止可燃气体积聚等。

If a closed computer room is used, it should be designed according to the explosion-proof requirements in the "Code for Fire Protection Design of Buildings" (TJ16-74). It must be a single-story building, with all doors and windows open outwards, and equipped with a large flow exhaust device to prevent the accumulation of combustible gas volume.

机房与操作间应隔开，不得直接连通，观察窗口应用双层玻璃，且有钢丝网防护。

机房应设有避雷装置。

燃气管道应采用钢管，管壁不应太薄，接头处要密封可靠，燃气管线连接完成后，用燃气检测仪或肥皂水检测管线渗漏情况，特别是法兰、阀门等接头处。

应定期检查阀门，应无燃气泄漏、损坏等现象，阀门周围应无妨碍阀门操作的堆积物，阀门应定期进行启闭操作和维护保养，无法启闭或关闭不严的阀门，应及时维修或更换。

燃气泄漏的抢修应在切断气源后进行，当泄漏处已发生燃烧时，应先采取措施控制火势后再切断气源，严禁管道内出现负压。

燃气部件的安装

燃气发电机组机组的运行要求

启动时，先踏下脚踏开关，按下启动按钮，将缸内燃气排空后再开启燃气阀门，严禁先给燃气再按启动按钮。启动不成功或启动后又熄火时，应立即关闭燃气阀门，查清原因，排净缸内混合气体后，再按规定程序重新启动。启动成功后，应立即踢开脚踏开关。

When starting, first step on the foot switch, press the start button, empty the gas in the cylinder, and then open the gas valve. It is strictly prohibited to supply gas before pressing the start button. 机组停机应采取的措施

正常停机时，应先使机组在怠速运转水温、油温降到60℃以下后再切断气源停机。

During normal shutdown, the unit should be allowed to idle until the water temperature and oil temperature drop below 60 ℃ before cutting off the air source and shutting down.

紧急停机后，应立即“盘车、泵油”水温、油温降到60℃以下后再切断气源停机。

After emergency shutdown, immediately "turn the engine and pump oil" until the water temperature and oil temperature drop below 60 ℃, and then cut off the air source and shut down.

停机后，应将“电磁阀电源”开关置于“关（OFF）”位置，并关闭燃气总阀门。
